The Human Resource Management Certificate is a part-time, one-year certificate program designed to provide students who possess a bachelor’s degree with a solid foundation in Human Resource Management in an integrated, structured curriculum that focuses on best practice for HR professionals. The program is designed to allow students who are not matriculated in a degree program at Mount Ida College to take graduate-level courses over the course of a year. Students who complete the coursework would be eligible to transfer those credits into the Master of Science in Management degree program at the College.
Students must have a baccalaureate diploma or equivalent. Students must complete 18 credits (6 courses) to complete the program. Students must maintain a cumulative 3.0 GPA each semester to meet the College’s standard for satisfactory academic progress and no grade below C is acceptable for credit toward the certificate.
