BA 336 - Customer Relationship Management

3 credits This course will explain the primary functions of customer relationship management (CRM) and explore how it functions in e-commerce, “brick and mortar” businesses and non-profit organizations. Using case studies, Internet resources and text materials, the student will master the vocabulary of CRM, understand how the various CRM functions are related and become familiar with the types of reports and software applications that are used by businesses in performing CRM functions. Prerequisite: BA 206 or SM 321 or HM 220 or FM 215 or FI 302 or equivalent.
