BA 207 - Human Resource Management

F, S 3 credits The many activities and functions needed to establish an effective work force are studied including recruitment, selection, placement, employee development, performance evaluation, reward systems, compensation administration, and fringe benefits. Emphasis is placed on the supervisor’s role in relation to human resource management. Prerequisite: BA 101 or SM 100 or FM 102 or FI 103 or FS 209
